Four Vice Chairs — one per region not holding the Chair

Executive Council
Ten elected representatives — two per African region. Two-year terms, renewable once. Oversees Secretariat operations, approves partnerships, and convenes Extraordinary Sessions.
Secretariat
The permanent administrative organ — headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya — providing continuity between governance sessions and executing all decisions of the General Assembly and Executive Council.
